To confirm your appointment booking, a formal requirement mandates the payment of a 40% deposit no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The deposit will be taken off your invoice total Our hairdressing cancellation policy is non-negotiable and encompasses the following terms:
1. Failure to attend an appointment (no show) will result in a 100% charge of the appointment cost, which is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation within a 48-hour period preceding the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the appointment cost, also non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling an appointment to a different date within the 48-hour period will result in a 40% charge of the original appointment cost, non-refundable.
In cases where rescheduling or cancellation occurs outside the 48-hour timeframe, the deposit will carry over to the next appointment for rescheduling, or be refunded in the case of cancellation.
This policy is in place to ensure the security of the appointed time slot for both our clients and hairstylists.
